Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I have the right to reject a commission If I am uncomfortable or cannot do the piece.

  • Commissioned piece/s are for personal use only [Use for: icons, banners, wallpapers, and/or social media posting WITH credits]

  • Clients must NOT modify, reproduce commercially, use for AI, NFTs, and tracing, nor take credit for the piece.

  • Completion time may take up to 3 weeks to month/s (depends on the piece/ agreement)

  • Clients must provide specific references (preferred poses, colors, theme, OCs, and other details!)

  • Minimal Revisions only! After the approved sketch/es and during the process, the following revisions are allowed such as changing colors and removal of TINY unnecessary details. Changing poses, and clothing, and adding another major detail may require additional payment.

  • Updates may take a while If I don't reply immediately, I'm probably at work during those times. Updates will be sent every SUNDAY

  • Will not change my style This is a reminder that if my art style does not suit your taste, please do not hire me. Please check my portfolio first! <3

  • Kindly save/download the finished art piece! Given my limited storage access, please save the final files as soon as possible.

  • Please use #commisshu and tag/mention my username (@imishhu_) when posting/sharing your finished commissions! It would be a great help for a small artist like me! ><

Process

  • Feel free to DM me on any of my social media platforms given below!

  • Provide important details such as: Commission Type (refer to the list below), specific details for the piece, and reference images.

  • Then, initial rough sketches will be provided.

  • Once approved/accepted, you may now pay to proceed.

  • Updates and drafts will be sent every SUNDAY!

  • The final piece will be sent via Gmail (You'll receive: PNG Files with and without backgrounds)

Payment

  • Gcash and Paypal only!

  • Must pay half the price (then pay the rest after) or full after approving rough/draft sketches!

  • STRICTLY NO REFUNDS once the initial rough sketches are approved.
